2. In the past week, how many portions of fruit and veg did your primary school aged child /children eat on a typical day? If you don't know, please make your best guess. (Roughly, 1 portion of fruit or veg for a child is what they can fit in the palm of their hand).
3. In the past week, how many sugary snacks (such as chocolate, cakes, biscuits or sweets) and/or sugary drinks (such as full sugar fizzy drinks or juice drinks) did your primary school aged child/children eat or drink on a typical day? If you don't know, please make your best guess.
4. In the past week how often did you cook from scratch for your family? (This means putting together the ingredients yourself) If you don't know, please make your best guess.
